Yesterday the Mu Nu Sigma family had our end of year celebration! We came, we served, we celebrated — and we did it all with heart! 💙💛 From community service to chapter bonding, this year was full of purpose, passion, and unforgettable moments including 2 graduating Rhoers, 2 undergraduate sorors graduating (future Mu Nu Sigma members 😉) and 2 Rhoers transitioning into Sorors! Yesterday, in partnership with YWCA of York, Kappa Omicron Sigma and Mu Nu Sigma Alumnae chapters made waves for the community! We hosted our Swim1922 event and it was everything we hoped it would be — fun, informative, and most of all - impactful! For the water safety education piece, we KONFIDENTLY taught participants how to stay afloat, move, and remain calm while wearing a life jacket which is especially useful for children, non-swimmers, or emergency situations. While the focus was definitely on water safety and swimming confidence, we also played some water-themed games and provided CPR demonstrations. Whether they were learning how to float, practicing chest compressions, or just cheering each other on, it was a MAGNIFICENT reminder of why this work matters. We’re not just teaching skills — we’re saving lives.
